    We are waiting due to 'status' of negotiations. Might not be today.

    DLS also in trading halt obviously.

    Unfortunately no other likely 3rd party in trading halt as CEOChair says. I assume that they would need to be in tading halt but not 100% sure.

    We can only speculate...all theories invited.
