Elk has under 200,000,000 shares--the norm for junior oiler's are about 2'000'000'000.

Just a few samples are AKK--SSN--RRS--QPN--GGP--TSV--just to name a few.

I can see ELK up and running with maybe no more than 300,000,000 shares.

What ELK needs to do now is buy a few more smaller oil-fields while they are cheap and to ensure growth into the future.

Denbury is carrying significant bank debt--ELK will possibly be able to arrange debt funding also.There is a lot of money from QE to find a good home.
