no one doubts games are being played here but SRK have the upper hand and I expect them to come out on top (eventually)

hunnini, you are missing the point i think, most agree the downside is small and the upside is big hence there is more risk in not holding than holding

so you maybe right or wrong about the bid but most of us here believe the risk of holding is well worth the potential returns

you seem to believe in the assets so even you must believe that it will be worth 16c again at some point even if it goes to court and drops back down in the short term. Why wouldnt you just hold then? surely the chance of a quick 300% return on your money is worth it rather than the chance to make 40% when it drops back down (if it drops back down)
