Announcement: Well they have only managed 56% which should suggest to SOL that shareholders and hedge funds are still not happy with 26.5c given the company cash, future projects and outstanding funds owed to EXS.

They should increase the bid to 30c and they may have a chance at 90%....

Now people know why shares are being purchased at 26.5c.... they are still a long way from where they need to be, whether it is delisting or full takeover.
