Same happend to SSN when they were offered the equivalent of about 7cps on just one of their ground positions...

Interestingly, the offer valued the rest of their ground in the 15c range by memory.

Meanwhile, SSN kept trading in the 3c range under heavy selling pressure apparently designed to keep a lid on it , more than likely to facilitate net buying activity.

Subsequent activity suggests this was likely to be the case.

Over several weeks, SSN eventually lifted its price and as confirmation of the deal came through, the stock rallied...eventually topping out around 23c.

We will probably see a similar scenario here...good for traders who can buy and sit rather than constantly getting tipped out due to settlement issues from using "other people's money"...ie, t+3.

Appears to be a good buying opportunity here.
