they may be forced to take one of the other deals which arent as good but under all circumstances the bidder must repay the loan (c.$35m) in addition to the bid price

so if the deal falls through and the next bidder wins, SRK still receives $35m plus the c.$18m they already have plus $4m from Berua so that would be around $57m (40c per share)

bear in mind no tax will be paid on this either

the loans are secured so very little chance of D&C walking away with the assets
