if they pay the US$27.5m in a few weeks its hard to see them not paying out the loans out as well as they are secured against the assets, it would be stupid not to

If they dont make the first payment then the fact that repayment of the loan has been triggered by the shoot out process means that if they dont repay the loan by December then they are in default and SRK can take title to the assets anyway
