This does look like a low volume sell down, and if you have the kahoona's a really great buying op.
A lot is probably sector and country related, with management stalling not helping.

Did we ever find out what the takeover offer price was?

You could go and sell out of this, take cash, or load the money into another stock/sector. Probably whatever you switch into wont have the upside potential.

How low can it go and how much will the BFS kick this thing along are the questions.
