I too hope the deal announced is kosher....but why then is the market so underwhelmed? I can see the positives in the ANN and I don't think it is the IP that's the problem. Everyone here seems enthusiastic about the IP and keen to see it further developed...methinks the problem is the same hoary old issue to do with governance. Perhaps given our Board's track record the market simply remains sceptical.
