I might have missed something....if the IPO is NEW SHARES, not some sold from our 90%, then the total market cap will be 110% of what it is now.
So then either the 10% from IPO comes from NuSep, which is what is suggested by the numbers here (i.e. total of 100% and Luye has 20%), or the numbers provided by NuSep announcement are wrong.
