as expected big discount and retail non-renounceable issue: the last resort of a desperate company
i really hope they find something with this money as it will be very difficult to raise money after this if they fail
having said that only additional 20m shares to be issued and massive upside should they have some luck
if i was still resident in AU i would certainly get as many as possible
