Posters mean just that 2 large bits of cardboard with many pictures and words on them. Usually there are a lot of them. Being 'invited ' usually means can I please come along.? The posters are usually put up around the coffee area for people to browse in there spare time, if interested. ( lets hope Bill Gates likes coffee)
The real interest is with the speakers.
