I believe the new scheme starts in 2014 (after the next election).

In respect of disclosure I think the responsibility of management is to disclose anything that will materially change SP.

The is no requirement for Management to disclose/announce a "this will have little/no impact" issue.

The implication therfore is that ONT Management believes the end of MCDDS will not materially impact price.

While this is a logical deduction on my part it is not a statement of position. As I said earlier the current price is around my hurt level.
