re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... Your'e right about QGC Jetson. I was a holder of Sunshine Gas for a long time so when QGC wanted to buy out Sunshine the directors and shareholders decided the offer was ridiculousy low so QCC kept upping their bid untill the share value had reached a point where it became impossible to refuse it.
Is SOL serious about this 26.5c or just being smart? Most company takeover offers that I've encountered have been at a premium of at least 8% of the average thirty days prior to the offer.
I for one will wait and see if Exco's directors will change their minds and reject the offer, wishfull thinking eh.
