Lender doesnt give money based on MC. it is based on project. I am not trying to say that IFE can get loan or not but it has nothing to do MC.
Look CRC, its MC is 25m and get funding for 42m
so yes funding is possible IF (big if) project has viability (which is big question due to IO price)
