mate i dont expect to entitled to this cr but for anyone that holds and has been a part of previous crs should have first pref and be allowed as many as they can afford with the rest going to the brokers customers.
yeah i know it dosnt happen but i reckon that a regulation should be put in place that states any raising in a public company should be delivered to original holders and subsequent holders that have par taken in previous crs.
