    Something big is going on. I reckon they've received the response which is probably that the other party will trump the offer and they're seeking clarification or something like that to ensure they receive their $35mil or whatever.....something like that!

    If it was that clear cut that the other party had accepted the offer, we'd be open by now.

    This is my thoughts anyway...
