nett, i think many believe not. the assets, and i accept they look very good on the surface, are subject to wipe out with cost overuns and tenements that are at the moment little more than hope.
a lot has been said that the all ground aquired has prospects but very little is being done imo to bring all that to fruition. i think the word we have heard so often is 'exciting'. not so imo. pretty dull at best.
a bit of successful trading here and there (ie ROL) gets pushed out often enough but why not just get on with all the so called exciting prospects we've had in the bag for so long. why not get on i ask ?
ife's accounts could well be down the gurgler stuff with all the finance needed so trf cannot count on that truthfuly. for warning, read the accountants verdict.
in summary, yes there is a lot of hope but the price to get that hope into profitable cash atm anyway is looking a little unsure.
so undervalued ? maybe but it's a bigger risk than what appears.
get that port facility going and the first boat away is what's needed. a very different picture then appears.
i have my concerns.
push that boat out and i will at least smile.
as for brazil and other recent plays. plays is what they are. i need substance.
be good,
