I notice the word "underwritten" is not in the document. I think it will get $10,000,000.01 and just cross the line using up every favour they have (not management, no credibility there) but some of the major shareholders are well connected in broking circles here in Perth and have pushed this one over the years. Many of their clients are in and a suspension over this long has put enough egg on faces.
