Long time reader, first time poster.

47m currently on the bid above the offer price. It aint DLS. furthermore all action to date has been above offer.

I expect somebody is taking the opportunity to exploit the DLS position. While it isn't inconceivable that another player could catch 19.99% before DLS can decide whether to increase their offer, it is almost irrefutable that somebody is accumulating a 10% block stake. Could it be Republic playing funny buggers?

If I were DLS this would all be making me rather nervous - they are highly unlikely to get to the 90% threshold now, and only a few days away from an announcement of the other mystery player/s that will make it tough to get to 50%.

I'm holding and will continue to do so.
