Sensible move. I've always been annoyed that management oppies have a six month lag (so dumb given how messy out cap structure is anyway) but given the cash situation I guess they're over a barrel to get the report up before EMSOA expiration irrespective. EMSOA is more likely to be a tenbagger than the headstock at current prices, with way less capital risk. Logical move indeed.
