The very least that the Board should have done, was to return all of the cash on hand to shareholders in the way of a "Special Dividend", fully franked if possible, and depending on how much franking credits we have available.
So, MR Chairman, why don't you go to work and earn your keep, and talk to SOL about it, instead of trying to push this silly ideas down our throats??
