Hi Bill, aren't Blade UK people ? I'd doubt their in the country or Phillipines.
Seems to be a lot of jockeying around Cadlao from the Phillipines end, whilst Blade is out on a limb and bogged down in legalities.
Did you read the Fillipino article posted ? So far, all laying claim to Cadlao are...
