It appears we are getting a new version of announcements from Texon. Once it was that they would not announce important information until the ink was dry, and the paper turning yellow with age. Now we are getting announcements which are before the ink is dry. I suspect this is a HoA on the prospect. Full agreement yet to come. Just like the credit facility is only a HoA at this point in time.
Announcements are important and improper timing just kills shareholder value in the short term. Long term it doesn't matter as long as the timing is not an indication of incompetent management.
Time will tell
