Yes I agree with you. STK would be the better investment vehicle for the Brazilian gold project, but if they go well,then so should TRF a la what happened with ROL.
I am angry as well. I just think there may be some hope of getting themselves out of the mess, thankfully they still have some good land with some known deposits which should be worth considerable money if they get developed properly in the future.
