I remember a few years back the management of another SA explorer, CUY, announcing a large exploration campaign in the Gawler Craton to much fanfare, and then never releasing the results..you can guess what they were like. So much for continuous disclosure obligations. Also, expect no help from ASIC - that's my experience.
