Even I have to admit the Canadians are less conservative that the CUX management but there is a possibility there is a reason they can be less conservative and that may be because they genuinely feel more optomistic.
The question: 'Is CUX management being overly conservative or the PUC being overly optimistic or is it both?'
I think we will have a better understanding of the answer by the end of the year.
