Clyde I think you are missing a few zeros.

EMS is able to produce the first 10 million units. Not 10,000.

I believe EMS are working towards an official BP resolution and they cannot say what they expect to happen, or what they hope to happen. They can only say something re BP when there is something definitive to say.

I'm hopeful this isn't too far away, and I certainly expect the company to approach large pharma when they have this clarity.

We haven't heard anything re BP since mid last year so im sure things are progressing, the just aren't at the stage where they can be communicated to shareholders.
