PP, the only thing I can add is Bryan Dixon (MD BLK) made an on market purchase of BLK shares on 07/09. Refer Form 3Y on BLK thread. He would have been privy to informaion not otherwise available, so this I believe would not augur well for a EXS/BLK deal, but I am not up to speed on legal time frames etc. Hold EXS, do not hold BLK......cheers Alber
