GL was in Cloncurry last week so it is more likely than not related to discussions he may have had with Xstrata.

Toll treatment, sale or royalty agreement for ores from Kangaroo Rat would be a defeating condition for the SOL offer. EXS may be inking a deal as we speak hence there is materiality to the SOL offer without having anything directly to do with them changing their bid.

I would expect SOL to move their offer after the target statement is out if they have any real intentions for getting more than the IVA stake.
