So if I understand it correctly, La Jolla will get shares at 1.5 cents. If they want to sell with a profit they would have to join the que at 2, behind the 170 mil or so that are already there. In one way i would like to see TNR go back to 1 cent but I would also like to see La Jolle make a loss !
