A couple of suggestions if your follow up letter doesn't elicit the desired result ( i.e. a straight answer):
1) You might try a letter to the Chairman of ASIC direct, noting your dissatisfaction with ASIC in terms of responding to a serious issue;
2)If you are a member of Australian Shareholders Association they may be able to help to bring some pressure on ASIC to get fair dinkum answer to a legitimate question; or
3)Another port of call maight be your local federal member who could write to the minister responsible for oversight of financial markets on your behalf noting the unresponsiveness of the regulator to a serious concern.
Unfortunately you may need to be a persistant "squeaky door" to get attention from our esteemed corporate regulator. Thank you for your efforts thus far on behalf of NuSep shareholders.
