James, I guess farm out to another company was an option, but this would have had an adverse impact on the relationship with CNOOC who (according to EXE) have been the ideal partner.

CNOOC certainly know what they are doing and have rapidly acquired up to 70% of this joint venture very quickly. I think most EXE shareholders would think this is too high a percentage...... and the game ain't anywhere near over yet....
