We have BPC in common. It was one of my biggest wins ever as well. Started buying in the mid 20s and kept buying on the way further down, mostly around 10 cents . It was the breach of lending convenants, loss of equity that did it in, and the cash flow, profitability and a substantial shareholder that saved it.

We seem to have the same three ingredients here!

Hart did shift upside from minorities to himself , Perhaps they deserve a greater share of the spoils.
