Yes & interesting as far as I know the ex owner of Town & Country is still a CPZ Director. It doesn't look like much effort spent on DD with Town & Country, ... still lots of low hanging fruit, ... Looks like contingent payments will not be paid - so maybe an okay buy in the end. CPZ looks if needs a lot of mentoring by the big names on the Board!
