    No, I don't buy that oz - because there's ways around that.

    They could have had a proxy hold it until they had the approval process in place.

    I also remember various shareholders on this forum suggesting to others (& emailing those suggestions to the Company) that it was a perfect time for a buyback.

    There's PLENTY of friendly Insto's out there that I am SURE would have had a go.
