The directors of Red Sky Energy Limited (“Red Sky” or “the Company”) are pleased to advise the transaction with ERM Gas is on track to reach financial close late next week. Formal documentation of the agreements is close to finalisation and conditions precedent have substantially been met.
The Company also advises that non-executive director Murray Durham has resigned his directorship effective 31st August 2012.
Commenting on the announcement Managing Director Rohan Gillespie said, “Murray has made a significant contribution to Red Sky over the last three years. His strong commercial and technical skills have been invaluable, and I thank him and wish him every success for the future”.
