Angers, I can't see any reason why it won't go ahead either, but that doesn't mean they might not find one!
Seems a low chance, but until it goes unconditional after the completion of due diligence, it's not guaranteed.
That's why they do the DD, to make sure there are no skeletons in the closet.
Like I said, I feel more comfortable holding SLR just in case, but each to their own.
At first I didn't like the deal but now I would be disappointed to see it not go ahead.
