Thanks for the thoughtful response Riche, to Hotfire for his persistent badgering of CF and to other posters on this topic in an earlier thread.

The Wandoo - management - Board arrangements are hardly a model of exemplary corporate governance. As I see it, the owners are being asked to legitimise and extend this cosy arrangement in the absence of any compelling evidence that shareholders’ interests are being put first.

I plan to go along to the meeting and hear what they have to say, but was interested in other views beforehand. Not that I have particularly high hopes of coming away any the wiser...
