Yes the region is finally getting the attention it deserves. The problem for the Cobar Basin is that many of the deposits, though world class, are owned by majors. This should be a positive for market awareness, but the majors don't need to market the area as its just another good mine they own in much larger portfolios of mines (e.g. Rio Tinto's North Parkes, Newcrest's Cadia and Glencore's CSA are all good examples of the Lachlan Fold belt). As we see more small and mid-cap miners advance and market the region (CCU, YTC, PEX, KDR, KBL, etc), we'll see the market become aware...
