the problem is fish - they may just get the extra 15% - they will have 35% after they get IVA,s holding
50% plus one share gives them control sack the board and milk the project , mothball it ? whatever to starve out the reaming holders for a lower tilt down the road.
They may yet need to look at the poison pill option - or at the very least hope you get an alternate offer ( offers ) from someone else.
