Things can change quick eh? I hate canola, but in April, canola was great, and wheat hopeless. I resisted planting canola, and then along come the US drought and my wheat is looking like being worth good money too, and I reckon some who planted canola might have wished they'd planted wheat instead?
Been selling sorghum at $210 on farm, from a bottom of $140 just months ago. Locking in next years sorghum production at $215 on farm. Happy days. Like winning the lotto.
Things still looking great in northern NSW. 10 mills overnight freshened everything up. Got some more frosts coming up in next few days then they might be done? Frosts won't do any harm yet, except for maybe a bit of canola.
