I've just checked back and i was wrong - it was $95million for the 6% sugarloaf AMI and $105million for Eureka's acreage. Combined AUT increased their share by 2,900 net acres.
so that's $68,000/acre, which is massive.
no wonder TXN are trying to sell their EFS acreage
