I am far from a professional when it come to trading Pharma stocks and don't pretend to be.
Here's my logic; the Lane Cove facility is supposedly able to do what is to be done in SG (otherwise it has not been tested and proven) at a rent of $170,000. And you don't rent a company, as you suggest, you rent a property. That's what we're getting for our $4.6m, that and a few documents.
Sound like $4.6m is a bit rich to me....but then again, it appears there's no cash in this offer, so you can call it whatever you like. $4.6m, $46, $4.6bn.
