Who will subscribe this? I mean the fund will be used $17000 for fee and $190000 to retire debt. It is not long dated and exercise price is too high $0.25. Without DSO I don't see this going anywhere (TFA only want DSO too). Also IF sp recovers, I'm sure sin-tang wants to offload to hold price down. 2 yrs expiry is not very long for this kind of stock. Also they might do more capital raising share placement, so more shares on issue harder to reach the exercise price.
I sold out a while back when it was 10c+. I was worry about no DSO and TFA walks away, now I know I was right. Good luck to holders, I do think 2.8c might be a bit low, just IMO do not follow.
