seeing the price move now to 45 c, the offer, makes me wonder whether the mkt is factoring in the chance of another bid. The two boards clearly just want this merger to go through unmolested, but now that the IGR board has indicated a willingness to be sold, could another suitor emerge. Alacer for instance? They just stated that they have 275 million sitting around as at end of last quarter.
