Maybe all is quiet because of the probing of Standard Chartered Bank for Money Laundering which looks to have been settled:

Although every one of their transactions & potential transactions may have needed to be probed which could have added to the timeframe for a financial event to occur?
That is of course "IF" Standard Chartered Bank is THE Bank clinch the deal of providing funding for ZYL?
