    With regard to Berlin Pharma's in kind contribution for the manufacturing rights back in 2008, correct me if I'm wrong but weren't they happy to put up the equivalent in AUD of close to today's EMS market cap???? 8000000 Euro's / 2008 exchange rate of approx 1.73 AUD to 1.0 Euro????

    Surely if the rights were to be re-secured by management this would have a positive effect and hopefully turbo charge the forward movement of the share price.

    DYOR as I may have it all wrong......
