    I just put this post on the CLR threads, but I might ask here also, as I am trying to understand how capex could vary so much:

    " ... how is it that CLR envisages an open cut mine, contracted, with capex of $500m, whereas EOC envisages an open cut mine for its MDS project, contracted, for capex of $42m?"
