la jolla had 292 376 941 shares, after they received 133m settlement shares (see substantial holder notice (31/5). This setllement cancelled all outstanding notes with la jolla
todays dump lines up with what la jolla had
except the agreement only allowed them to sell $14k worth per month of the 133m settlement so dumping them all would put them in breach.
If it was all la jolla we will also see a change in substantial holder notice. Wait and see
Sad state of affairs all around, hope they pick up another project soon or selling at .001 may seem like a smart move
